Please help me, I have a TVBOX model A95X F3 AIR 2 (android 11) ARM X4 processor and MALI G31 GPU, I install TEAM VIEWER, but it does not let me download the ADDON, it says that I need to contact the SUPPORT of TEAM VIEWER. The problem here is: I install it normally, I access it from my notebook on this TVBOX, but I can't make changes, just watch what the other person does.

Por favor me ajudem, tenho uma TVBOX modelo A95X F3 AIR 2 (android 11) Processador ARM X4 e GPU MALI G31, eu instalo o TEAM VIEWER, mas ele nao me deixa baixar o ADDON, diz que preciso entrar em contato com o SUPORTE da TEAM VIEWER. O problema aqui é: eu instalo normalmente, acesso do meu notebook nessa TVBOX, mas não consigo fazer alterações, apenas assistir o que a outra pessoa faz.
