My friend Dorte has reinstalled Teamviewer - free version - and now she doesn't get a password (Adgangskode) when using Remote Assistance (Fjernstyring).
Can anybody help?

The TeamViewer settings of the random password might be disabled on your friend's device.
To begin with, could you please check the below TeamViewer settings on your friend's device and see if this helps?
- Please navigate to the Gear icon (⚙) in the upper right corner, and move to the Security tab.
- You can find the Random Password (for spontaneous access) section under the Security tab, and kindly select your preferred password strength from the drop-down options.
