My friend Dorte has reinstalled Teamviewer - free version - and now she doesn't get a password (Adgangskode) when using Remote Assistance (Fjernstyring).
Can anybody help?

The TeamViewer settings of the random password might be disabled on your friend's device.
To begin with, could you please check the below TeamViewer settings on your friend's device and see if this helps?
