Can't activate the account I just paid for

The activation link is busted and I can't locate a reasonable support option in here, no chat? Next step is refund-ville.

    In order to assist with the license activation, could you please provide a bit more information on what occurs when you click the activation link you were sent?

    I tested out the support chat, and it appears to be operational as well. If you continue to have issues, please let us know more about this.
