Can I start an asset-Scan manually or in which timesteps does it start?

We are using Monitoring and Asset Management for our Computers. Our client started a software update (of a 3rd party software) some days ago and we see in screenshots it was successful. But in the assets, we still see the old version of the software.

When will we see the actual verison?

The computer is active and available in Teamviwer, so the connection is stable and the Teamviewer is running on his side.
