How can I cancel free account.? I don't remember which E-Mail address and password are connected to it, and I can't log in,

thanks for your answer to my question, I know you have to log into account to close it. It's not me who has problems, it's my brother. his account is not working. He does not remember either the E-mail address or the password that are related to each other, therefore he cannot log into the account to close it, or change the password.
He needs a working account to get help from me with his computer. Is it possible to get a new ID number?
What can he do, anyone have a suggestion? Thanks

Thanks for the additional information.
Your brother can attempt to request a new password for all the accounts that he believes we could have on file. After that, he just needs to double-check his accounts' inbox and spam folders for the password reset email from TeamViewer.

Now I can log into my brother's accounts with new codes, but TeamViewer still doesn't work.
I've tried deleting the account, but it still gives the same error.
So now we have stopped using the programs for now.
