Once your TeamViewer IDs are reset, you will be able to use the TeamViewer free version without reinstallation.
Could you please sign in with your TeamViewer account on the local device and try a remote session to see if it works again?

I am a user of TV free. A couple of days ago I suddenly was kicked out after 5 minutes for suspected commercial use. I submitted the form to reset and got the reply that this was granted for my own device and all 10 remote computers. Before I now try to use TV again, should I reinstall it? And what about the appdata and temp?
