In Summer 2021, I renewed my Team Viewer subscription in June/July and then Teamviewer rewed me AGAIN in August, double-billing me, charging me twice for your [removed per Community Guidelines] service.
Then, in the summer of 2022, after I turned off your ability to double bill me, you started sending me threat letters to take me to court when I would not pay you twice for you service.
I responded at the end of 2022, TeamViewer reviewed the facts and refunded me for one of the subscriptions in January.
Now Team view has completely cancelled ALL of my subscriptions, including the one I paid for last summer, reverting me to free account and preventing me from putting a support ticket. Hense my post to a public forum.
