We are in 14 day free trial period. We have account and our computer ID number and password. But we are stuck: WE CANNOT GET ONLINE? Can anyone help us?

My teamviewer does this periodically also. My computer is online. I can use google, get email, I can also use remote desktop to connect to the office computer. My teamviewer says I am currently offline and trying to connect.

What exactly do you mean with "get online"? Are you having issues with making a TeamViewer connection to another PC?
