Cannot see teamviwer computer & contacts

Hi, I have got 3 licenses. using (3/3)

I am using my new account but cannot see the computer & contacts of the corporate but if I use other users I am able to see that section.

Could you please help me with that?

Welcome to the Community!

Do you want to share the Computers and Contacts between your TeamViewer accounts? If so, Group sharing is the recommendation to solve the issue. Simply select the groups you would like to share with the designated accounts, the shared groups will display after the request confirmation.
