Now I' m using a free account of TeamViewer, and it worked in past weeks. Today when I tried to remote connect by using teamviewer, I was requried to do verification in advance. During verification my phone number was required. when I gave my phone number then i was informed that my phone number has been used by another account. Then I remember my phone number has been bounded with another account "[removed per Community Guidelines]" before 2 years while I was working for Dematic company at that time. But since I left that company(Dematic) before two years the email address of "[removed per Community Guidelines]" became an invalid email address. Now this also impact the verification process of my current account of "Teamviewer verification problem caused by bounded phone number".
Could you pls help to unbind my phone number with unvalid email address of "[removed per Community Guidelines]" in your system? so that I can start to bind my phone number with my new account. following you will find related information, and appreciated for your help in advance!
