No connection Raspberry PI4: PID operation not permitted

Hi All,

I have been busy figuring out that the problem is connecting the PI remotely. No ID is given in the work network(a local ip is shown if I select lan connection in the options menu). With a windows laptop, there is no problem with the same network.

In my home situation there is no problem connecting the PI4.

In the teamviewer info page, there is a line thats explains the problem: Can't open PID file: operation not permitted

Does anyone have an idea what must be changed in the PI4(Damian) to permit the operation?
