    Hi @MortenKNielsen,

    Thank you for your message.

To see the TeamViewer ID and the dynamic password, please, go to the Remote Support menu. At the bottom of the Your sessions window, click on Connect here. Your ID and your password will be displayed.

    Hello,

I am trying to find the ID of a computer with TeamViewer on it without signing in, is there a way to achieve this?

Currently the new version just asks me to sign in.

    Hi @MaxSM,

Thanks for your question and welcome to our Community!

At the moment, it's still possible to see the ID and random Password on TeamViewer Remote by clicking Join a SessionConnect to a TeamViewer ID

📌Note: To receive connections, it's not necessary to enter an account. However, to start a remote session with another device you must sign in with your account.

    I hope this helps! 🍀

Let us know if you have further questions.

Switched to new UI and got the message "We are working to make available the app for small screens"

Tw is not working and I need to switch it back to the old UI.

    TIA

You can see the switch button in the upper right of your TeamViewer app.

If you do not see that, try to install the old installer version of Teamviewer. Find it on Google.
