Your Group management has gotten awful. Especially within Endpoint Protection. You cannot create groups within this area, and then move individual devices into that group. It doesn't work, or when you search for devices they don't show up or can't be found. "Choose devices from a different group and move them into a different group'. What kind of logic is that? You should just be able to create a group, and then move whatever devices you want in that group to it.
Your left side Tree view of the management console has duplicated the GROUPS section; There used to be one GROUPS that the administrator created, and then added devices to specific groups but you duplicated them with something called DEVICE GROUPS which also doesn't allow you to move individual devices into those groups. For some reason TV decided to arbitrarily create this duplicate group called DEVICE GROUPS in some effort to somehow be more user friendly, but then doesn't let you move devices into them the way you want. You are forced to do a 'Device Scan' in which some sort of network discovery takes place with the hope of finding the right computers to be moved into this DEVICE GROUPS section, but it doesn't work and ultimately, devices either are in the wrong groups or don't show up at all, anywhere; "Who's in here? No one" 🤣
Remote Management is inconsistent with displaying internal IP addresses for devices that the service is installed on.
Lastly, the "Tell us what you think" link is a nice idea and I tried to send this rant through it under 'what bothers me' 😁 but alas, you cap it out to 500 characters.. 😭 😭
So annoying. 😤
Forgive me, and if I am missing something blatantly obvious on how to achieve moving around devices into designated groups please feel free to slap me around and tell me cause I can't seem to get it to work.
