Is there a way to create a shortcut to a web browser client?

I would like a way to kick off a web client as a bookmark. Basically login.teamviewer.com/Connect with the ability to add the client Partner ID to the web address. Something like login.teamviewer.com/Connect %0987654321
Is there such functionality?
