I would like to sign in to my old account which I haven't used for years and I forgot my password. when I reset it, the next step leads me to a 6 digit password I also forget.
What can I do at this point?
Well, it doesn't seem that I can even get a password reset email, so you've got me beat... I had to create a whole other account to help my disabled brother remotely.
Is this a recent issue, TV support? Is or can it be looked into?
