cannot login on website or another device to a definitely existing account

1. Installed TeamViewer Host on my android phone and created a new account
2. confirmed it via email and got a green blob saying it's verified
3. trying to log in on the website but getting this: "The username and password you entered do not match any accounts on record."
4. trying to great a new account with this email and it says that the email is occupied
5. installed TV Remote access on my another android device and tried to log in to this account. now it says that the password doesn't match

What is going on????

I also tried another way:

1. created a new account on the website
2. confirmed it via email and got a green blob saying it's verified
3. Logged in on the website succesfully.
4. Trying to assign my android device to this account but getting this again: "The username and password you entered do not match any accounts on record."
