cannot login on website or another device to a definitely existing account
Options
- Installed TeamViewer Host on my android phone and created a new account
- confirmed it via email and got a green blob saying it's verified
- trying to log in on the website but getting this: "The username and password you entered do not match any accounts on record."
- trying to great a new account with this email and it says that the email is occupied
- installed TV Remote access on my another android device and tried to log in to this account. now it says that the password doesn't match
What is going on????
I also tried another way:
- created a new account on the website
- confirmed it via email and got a green blob saying it's verified
- Logged in on the website succesfully.
- Trying to assign my android device to this account but getting this again: "The username and password you entered do not match any accounts on record."
