I originally purchased TeamViewer several years ago to communicate with my 90-year-old mother. If I did that, there must be a record of my purchase. The version was 13. My mom died 3 years ago and the need for TeamViewer went on the back burner. Now I need it again. Do I have to purchase it a second time, or can my purchase be resurrected?
