Teamviewer Freezing and Locking out Android SOC Display

Hi All,

We have a load of Philips displays 75" D-line displays in portrait. Recently we've had some replaced but now the replaced displays freeze when accessing via TeamViewer.

This happens when we access the displays main menu it freezes and locks out TeamViewer. the display remains online on TeamViewer however but wont let me access it until it gets rebooted.

Any advice for this issue?
