Don’t work turn on pc, via wake on lan.

At the end of March, the function of remotely turning on the computer, via wake on lan, stopped working. Error when turning on - Failed to wake up the PC. The settings on the router/device and the app have not been changed. Can you please tell me how to solve this problem?

Mine also stopped working when TV was updated several weeks ago, and I also noticed that the TV Taskbar icon had been changed to a much darker blue (which I didn't like).

Recent TV versions seem to be suffering from this problem, but you should still be able to wake them remotely from the "My Devices" section on the online TeamViewer management console.

I initially assumed it was a bug which would be sorted, but recently updating to the latest version still didn't cure the wake up problem, so I decided to revert back to an earlier version to get the wake up function to work again on my win 7 and win 10 devices.

I uninstalled version 15.41.9 without removing the settings and then reinstalled version 14.2.832.0 from a TeamViewer_Setup.exe file I found in my download folder which I was then able to update to version 15.2.2756.

The wake up function is now working perfectly again, just like it used to.

I have also disabled the "Check for new version" and "Install new versions automatically" options in the Advanced section to prevent this from happening again.
