Keep Getting Disconnected

Hi TeamViewer, so I purchased my license, added 2 computers under my account, and somehow I keep getting disconnected after approximately 10 seconds of logging in. I have the basic license so I think it should work.

I have added both computers so it should work right?

Though, somehow, even if I have 2 computers it only said 1 managed devices here?
