    Hi @SamDM,

    Welcome to the TeamViewer Community!

To un-bookmark a device from your TeamViewer account, Delete device would be the way.

    1) Simply go to Devices,

    2) Look for the Bookmarks group,

    3) Select the device,

    4) Click on Delete device,

    5) Alternatively, select the three dots menu and choose Delete device.

Can you give it a try and kindly share a comment if it works on your side please?

    Hello Teamviewer,

(3rd REQUEST) I would appreciate it if someone could respond as I believe this is a valid question and several others appear to be looking for the same information. I need assistance to undo/remove a bookmark currently showing on one of my company computers. Thanks.

I have the same issue after updating devices. Duplicates keep generating, as well in the new UI it creates duplicate groups. I'm not understanding this new Device management feature and how these "Bookmarked" devices are not appearing in the other groups..

    Hi,

I have machines with latest builds of Team Viewer stuck in old Groups (with Bookmarked tag) and I am unable to move them to the new version Device Groups.

My question is, if I delete the bookmarked devices, do they drop off from our account altogether and we need to re-join to the listing ? Shouldn't they be going to new Device Group once it has the latest updated TeamViewer app installed since they are already part of the same corporate account ? !

I have a device that says "This device is book marked and has....etc"

    1. There is no bookmarked group.
    2. Its shown in the old group
    3. Can not be moved to the new Group and has been updated.

It seems this feature is somewhat buggy!

Then after 30 minutes, I fixed it. Seems that the Automatic update on that device did not work and then when running the automatic update it did not report it as needing an update. I choose the manual update option searched for the device and ran the update. It's now moved to the new group.

    There's 30 mins of my life I won't get back ;-)
