renewal license error

I renewed this existing license and received and email activation license link. when I click on the email "activate" link and log in I get this error message. I don't want to use or set up another account, I just need the license applied to the existing account. Not sure what to do next? When I connect to another machine it shows on line License Free?

    Based on the image provided, it seems that your account is linked with a Remote Access license.

    Please note that TeamViewer's yearly subscription auto-renew; therefore, on the day of the renewal a new invoice is sent to your email with a payment link. No activation is needed.

    If you purchased a duplicated license, it would be necessary to contact our support team via Ticket as soon as possible.
