Migrating to new teamviewer makes all my devices always show online

Hi!

I've been migrating all my teamviewer devices from "group" to "device groups" and then it deleted all my duplicated devices.

The problem is that using the new way, when one of my computer is sleeping, it's show online but it's not.

So the old way, I had a "wake up" button but the new way, being always online on the dashboard, the button is not there so I can't access my computer remotely.

Any ideas?

Agree, this is happneding to me too....though i am intermittently seeing a wake button. Needs to be fixed asap.

hi! I really miss the wake up option a lot. I have a NAS 24/7 online and was really useful for waking up my devices remotely. Now, I cannot :(

the same situation for me.

new groups were formed. some hosts were removed. part of it is grey. the host is active and cannot connect. the problem is not new and support does not respond.
