Does anyone else find the new version to be more difficult to use with customers?

Your feedback pages are almost as hard to navigate as the new version of TeamViewer. Too bad you did not consult with me before you made such a radical change. The amount of time and effort involved to talk an inexperienced computer user through the download, installation and use of the new version has added to my pain and my customers' expense. Can someone publish a "how to" instruction sheet for the new version, as compared to the old version?

👉 We have a new Knowledge base dedicated to TeamViewer Remote with multiple articles and videos explaining more about the new UI.

If you are using the old UI, you can still find all the articles about it under TeamViewer Classic.

Please don't hesitate to post questions if there's anything that you are still confused about.

Also, you cant connect to the devices that are on "Standby Mode", in the old version of Teamviewer, you can try to connect on that devices, now in the latest UI, only the 'online devices' you can connect.
