I currently use team viewer to provide assistance to my disabled sister. I am using an iPhone she is using a Nokia G20 with quick support and the Nokia add on.
this has worked brilliantly for a number of years and I have ordered her taxis on her device and help her respond to messages and emails that appear on her phone.
about 3 weeks ago this stopped working. I am able to gain access to be phone but I can’t open any apps. When I tap on the app. The Nokia is reading it as a long tap and giving me settings and not opening the app (picture below). Is anyone else experiencing this ? Help please ?
