How to restore the "old" interface on the remote client's computer?

I connected to an existing client's computer. Unfortunately, instead of the old, well-known interface, another appeared. I can't make any settings (for example, entering a new permanent password) on this interface!

How can I restore the old interface on my client's computer?

I want an SOS answer!

Need the same answer! Seems the client has to login to a teamviewer account first in the new UI
