Host / Standard install

Hello all,

Can someone tell me if you can install the HOST alongside the normal remote access and then delete the old remote software when HOST is running.

The other alternative I was thinking was to install **Third Party Product** on the machine, access it to uninstall the normal TV software then install the HOST software.

Who do I get to invoice for all this extra work, given that the customers won't be paying me for my time.

It's not possible to have both TeamViewer Host and TeamViewer Remote installed at the same time.

The best way to contour the situation is by:

1. Uninstalling TeamViewer Remote from the remote side.
2. Use the QuickSupport session link to remote connect with the remote device.
   • QuickSupport is just an executable, it doesn't get installed on the device.
3. Use the QuickSupport connection to install TeamViewer Host.

💡Hint: If you have a license, you can customize your Host with your company logo and information. If you use TeamViewer for personal use you can download TeamViewer Host from our webpage.
