Is possibile to configure the timeout of the Support sessions?

We use the support session mode and send the user a link to download the client that automatically joins the session.

If we have an appointment at 10:00 maybe the user opens the link at 9:55.

The user sees the 'wait for connection' or similar message but on our end the session at 10:00 results offline.

We have no means to contact the user or start the support session from teamviewer.

The timeout of the session is configurable?

Why the user sees the waiting message when the server has closed the session?
