Hi,
I have bought a single user remote access license and installed TV Remote for Mac. When I log in with my account, the Remote Support tab simply disappears and I can't create Remote Sessions or do anything for remote access. I can see Home, Devices, Remote Management and Organisations' settings.
I have opened a ticket 5 days ago but have not received any answers, could someone from TeamViewer help????
