I paid for premium account, but it said my reached my maxium number of uses, why?

We would like to ask for more information from you before any suggestions. Do you have any screenshots of the error message? Did it happen before the remote connections or during the connections?
Additionally, did you sign in to your licensed account for remote connections too?
