If you have to explain how to use BASIC features you know there is a big problem.
All we want:
1. The ID/Password to be displayed prominently on the front page without having to explain to end users how to reveal it
2. Once we are remotely in, the ability to set an unattended password without having to log in to Teamviewer with a dummy account
The software is *useless* without these features.
For now we are installing version 14 from but that is not sustainable.
