My friend has had the free personal version of TeamViewer for a few years. He had to take his laptop in for maintenance to the tech geeks found that they had to replace the hard drive. With the new hard drive, EVERYTHING was in tact minus TeamViewer, so I downloaded it for him again so that I can have remote sessions with him as I have the past 2 or more years. First, the updated version is not as simple as the previous (though I shouldn't complain for something that's free...lol) , and second, no matter how often I or he uses his login credentials, it continues to state that the email and password is not a match in the system. This is even though several times we may change the password, TeamViewer accepts the new one and says that we may sign in with the new password, but still states there is no match with the email and password. I have tried 4 browsers. Any suggestions? (Sorry this is so long, but wanted to supply all details from beginning to the current status). Thanks.
