A customer of ours has two different teamviewers from different IT-Supporters (One for the infrastructure [us] and on for a certain software). Until this day it worked well using both teamviewers "parallell", but as of yeseterday 13th of june, he gets the following message, when he tries to start the teamviewer for the software issues:
after clicking ignore twice only "our" teamviewer will start. It is an issue, because both teamviewers are protected by passwords, which the customer doesn't know and can't see. Furthermore we're unable to install teamviewer as host. I also tried to download Teamviewer Quicksupport from teamviewer.com which returns the sam error shown above.
Anyone got any ideas on how to solve that?
