There can be two different possibilities why your account appears as free:
- Your license has not been activated: in that case, please retrieve the activation email and choose your license in our License Activation Guides - Overview
- Your license has been activated on another TeamViewer account: if this is the case, kindly check internally on which account your license could have been activated

we have only one account with one login ... I don't know what else to check, on
TeamViewer Customer Portal
and
teamViewer account
we use the same login (mail, password)
