free license to paid

we bought the license a month ago

I still get the message that the account is free when I log in ?

I tried TeamViewer Chat but it's horrible how it works, human chat was never available.

mail contact does not exist


Can anyone help me

    There can be two different possibilities why your account appears as free:

    • Your license has not been activated: in that case, please retrieve the activation email and choose your license in our License Activation Guides - Overview
    • Your license has been activated on another TeamViewer account: if this is the case, kindly check internally on which account your license could have been activated

    Your subscription has already been activated. To resolve this issue, please contact us


    2-???

    • Your license has been activated on another TeamViewer account: if this is the case, kindly check internally on which account your license could have been activated

    we have only one account with one login ... I don't know what else to check, on 

    TeamViewer Customer Portal

    and

    teamViewer account

    we use the same login (mail, password)
