Why can't I see the host screen when connection is established?

Hi, all worked fine until a few days ago so not sure if it's an update issue.

Both the host and remote device have been restarted. I can connect to the host PC but it doesn't launch the screen. I can see a blank screen in my task bar but can't activate it. If I ALT+TAB it actions those on the host machine.

Sorry for the rubbish description but hopefully you get the idea.

Anyone know how I resolve this?

the issue looks to be with the remote device - I've tried connecting to Host 1 and Host 2 - same issue. Connecting to Host 2 from what was Host 1 works fine.

My laptop is running version 15.42.8 (64 bit) dated 12th June 2023 - which suggests this update is the source of my issues.

If anyone has similar issues and has managed to resolve any pointers would be greatly appreciated.
