I am an 81 y/o who has been helping other older people for free for years. Now my Teamviewer shortcut won't open so I did a proper uninstall, reinstalled and get the same error message time after time " The TeamViewer service could not be started. The installation will be continued. I have the shortcut, but it will not open. I am perplexed over what is occuring. I have turned off my anti-virus, did a proper uninstall and downloaded what I always thought was the correct 64 bit version. But no matter what, it will not open. Like I said, I have been using the free version for at least 16 years doing my best to help others. Any advice as to what is wrong would be appreciated.
