trying to help someone down load in canada

i am u.s. bassed trying to help a family member in canada down load team viewer so i can connect to there computer but there download keeps failing, is team viewer available in canada or is there a link i can send them to download teamviewer other then pulling it up here in the US and emailing them the URL?
