your support is broken -- how can i get help?

hello there,

i am a paying customer and need assistance and nobody from teamviewer is doing anything.

their phone support says i cant get phone support

their online ticket submission doesnt work and is reloading constantly on 3 different devices

their chat is not responding.

does anybody have any idea how to get actual support rather than community forums?

frustrated new user

I have verified our chat systems are currently operational; if you encounter a specific issue, please let us know.

Could you also please describe the issue with the ticket system a bit more? A which point does it reload? Does it bring you back to a blank sign-in page or to the Community?

Any clarifications you may be able to provide will help us better understand the issue.

hello -- thanks for your response. chat does not work and ticket submission does not work. i had to call sales and hack my way to a human and they confirmed this was the case -- or they made stuff up. they also opened up a ticket for me but i dont have any confidence this will help.

below are the two screenshots of broken chat and ticket submission.

i have tried getting a response on chat for hours today. nobody every shows up or says anything. this has been unspeakably frustrating. is there anything else you can do to help? thanks.

Thank you for the clarification.

I tested the chat and was unable to replicate your issue. When I clicked chat, I was presented with the following:

When I clicked Start chat, the chat client began its process of attempting to assist:

I was also unable to replicate an issue with the ticket system; using my own personal email account, once I logged in I was taken to the home page of the ticket system:

and when I clicked New Support Ticket I was again provided the correct options:

To resolve your issue, I would recommend first ensuring your browser is fully up-to-date.

Should the issue persist, please clear all website data and try again.
