Is it possible to modify the session diplayed informations when a remote connection is established. Today our customers can see our agent full name (ID)
I don't want full name to be displayed. Maybe just remove or replace by company name
I have created all my agents account with their full name on TV admin console.
I want to keep this for management purpose.
