blank start window

Hi, when I start TeamViewer I see only an blank start window.

Windows 22H2 19045.3086
The error occurs with TeamViewer 15.43.7.0 installed and also 15.38.3.0 portable.
Windows Defender Firewall on or off
Old TeamViewer deinstalled, all Registry-Entrys "Teamviewer" deleted and all Teamviewer-folder in ...\Appdata\Local\... and ...\Appdata\Roaming\... deleted.
Reinstallation without success.

Can anybody help there?
