and clicked "enable one-time access feature" and it kicked me out instantly. Now no one on my team including me can get in with our organization password or anything that used to allow us in automatically. we just get this

Connection issues can have different causes.
A common one is an instability with IPv6; therefore, we would advise first trying to check your internet connection, restart the router, and if the issue persists try to follow the steps in the article: Fix connectivity issues - Partner did not connect to router
