One of my teammates wants to remote connect to the toronto office using Teamviewer for remote work. But the connection is instable and slow.
I would like to ask someone to know any solution to solve this problem ?

The connection's stability and fluidity mostly depends on the internet connections/network quality running on both devices.
However, you can still optimize the connection quality via the remote session toolbar via View ➜ Quality ➜ Optimize speed.
