Uninstall Teamviewer without having files to uninstall
I've lost the non OS harddrive TeamViewer was installed in. That is, I lost all the files of the actual program, but not the registry entries. I wanted to reinstall TV, but the installer complains about TV being already installed and quits on me. All I got from the old TV install is the start menu entry but that it, so I got no handle to uninstall it. So
A) How do I uninstall TV with no files present?
or
B) Force the installer to run, despite protestations.
Thanks.
PS: I'm on Windows 10

Hi @Michkov,
Thank you for your message and welcome to the TeamViewer Community! 🙌
What you could try is to delete the TeamViewer-related files within the registry.
You can find them under:
- [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Teamviewer]
- [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\TeamViewer]
Once they're deleted, you can try and reinstall TeamViewer.
Let me know if this has worked for you!
