Sorry if my english is not perfect.
I encounter a problem, when a user launches his Teamviewer application on his workstation, he appears in my application, but I cannot take control of the workstation, a message indicating "assigned to unknown" systematically appears, regardless of the user (see photo) Does anyone know how to fix it?
