Grant easy access disabled

Hi,

I am unable to give easy access for one of my computer,

Grant easy access check box is disable, as well configure button is also disable,

Don't know how to fix this?

Any suggestion ?

Could you please check if your Windows user has Admin rights?

If not please, start TeamViewer with Admin rights. To do so, right-click the TeamViewer icon and choose Run as administrator.

Afterward, you should be able to set up Easy Access.

Windows user is Administrator, and I did start teamviewer as administrator but it did not work,.

Still stuck.
