We bought Team Viewer Quick Support so we could remotely install software for users that do not have admin rights.
On the remote machine I'm logged in as a user without Admin rights. I downloaded and installed Team Viewer Quick Support.
I created a session and used the code to to connect the two machines, here in my office.
I'm able to download the Snag-It setup file. But when I run the file, I get this error message.
On the remote side the user sees a prompt for the admin username and password. Obviously I don't want to share the admin password. Any ideas on how to get the password prompt viewable on the admin machine?
