Hi,
I am using TeamViewer app on my iPhone to connect to my desktop PC, when the audio comes through it is seen by my iPhone as phone call audio and this will mute my hearing aids. I have disabled audio on both the app and my desktop PC "Play computer sounds and music" but problem remains.
One solution for this is to mute my hearing aid "Call Audio" setting before using TeamViewer, but then if i receive a phone call it would not be ideal.
I find it strange that the audio is picked up as Call Audio and not "Media Audio", is there any way to change this?
