I can access both laptops within Australia, but when in New Zealand only one laptop is accessable. I checked both before I left and when i arrived in NZ I couldnt access the laptop I needed to access?

Did you see any error message with the remote connection on the second laptop? Do you remember if both sides of TeamViewer clients are running the latest version?

It could possibly be related to the TeamViewer service NOT being active for the moment. Is there any way that you could get anyone to help on the local side with the device and restart the TeamViewer service on the device, then try again for the connection?
The same problem happened last time a year ago. I am back in Australia now, so wont be able to check :-(
HI Thanks Ying, I tested both laptops in Australia before I left, and they both were accessible from Team Viewer. The Error message was similar to 'unable to connect...' Sorry, I can not remember exact message
