I am new to TV and want to use it to control an old laptop connected to a telescope mount. The controlling PC is powerful while the laptop is old, but just about OK for its given task. Assume I still be limited by the CPU/GPU speed on the laptop and that the good CPU/GPU on my desktop wont have much impact, is this correct?
