The TeamViewer product we just purchased 3 corporate licenses for is not the TeamViewer product I remember using for years. The lack of support has been extremely frustrating.
TeamViewer invoiced us, and all request for support have not yielded any results and all communication from support and our sales rep has fallen completely flat.
This experience has left us feeling like we are not valued as a customer and/or at the price point we are at, we are not worth helping.
There is a significant user experience issue between the legacy version and the new cloud version. Polices, permissions, custom host, etc.. None of it is working as expected.
We will not renew next year, and I don't know who in senior leadership this poor customer experience can be escalated to.
